The living room is furnished with hardwood floors, a new custom crafted entertainment center with a 32" flat-screen TV, a couch, coffee table and a ceiling fan. A large window (4'x5') opens to let you feel as though the outside and in blend. The bath is freshly painted and has a brand new ceramic shower. The patio has a table with a sun umbrella and two chairs and a gas grill - all beautifully surrounded by lush flowers and palms. Now with WIFI! ---And two beach cruiser bikes are available at $40 - week each. This is a non-smoking unit that sleeps two.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
