All utilities and cable TV - wifi are included in the rent. 1-car parking on driveway. Patio with table and chairs, chimenea, water feature and yard. Shared (with owner) hot tub. Indian Peaks public golf course is across street. Community pool open Memorial weekend to Labor Day.

If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 percent of the rent is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.
