Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons travelling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
