Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
