Beautiful Disney Home located just 10 minutes drive from Disney World and close to the other attractions of Orlando. The home is located in a small peaceful residential development with lakes and golf courses close by. It is also only 1 hour drive from the famous beaches of Clearwater and Daytona. The home has three good size bedrooms, two full bathrooms (the ensuite master bathroom has a large tub as well as separate huge shower enclosure). In addition to the home being centrally air conditioned, there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and great living room, which has high vaulted ceilings. There is high speed Wi-Fi that can support several devices simultaneously. Cable TV and also a DVD is provided. The great room looks out onto the attached large screened-in swimming pool via the patio door. The pool is large at 31' 15' and has deck furniture that helps relaxation with a snack while the rest of the family uses the pool. It is enclosed in the large rear garden that is fully fenced-in for total privacy. The large eat-in-kitchen has a full dining table and chairs for family dining. It also has a mini breakfast bar opening. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen gadgets as well a utensils, cookware, cutlery, crockery so if one wishes they can eat in rather than having to eat out. It is like being in your own home. A large washer and dryer is located in the attached double garage that is accessible via the kitchen.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500.00 USD

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 120.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
