Although close to everything the estate provides a quiet and secluded place to relax and recover from a day of attractions and shopping. The estate is very private. Our well-equipped home has all of the amenities to ensure you have everything you need during your vacation. NEWLY PAINTED INTERIOR - EXTERIOR, NEW BEDROOM CARPETING, NEW TV'S, NEW BEDDING - LINENS - PILLOWS, NEW TOWELS, NEW KITCHEN ESSENTIALS, NEW KING SIZE BEDROOM FURNITURE, ALL NEW MATTRESSES IN ALL ROOMS, NEW PATIO FURNITURE. You and your luggage is all you really need. GROCERY STORE, RESTAURANTS, PHARMACY, COFFEE SHOP, BANK, GAS STATION, GOLF, ETC LESS THAN 1 MILE AWAY. LARGE WEST FACING HEATED POOL AND UPGRADED SPA.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 90 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 250.00 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 90 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 12. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Parking
Parking is free. No parking permit is required.
Internet Service & Fee
Internet is included in the rent
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 10.00 per night based on 1 night or 70.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service. Guest can conserve heat with the solar blanket provided.
