Located only 9 miles from Disney, luxurious and comfortable, our 3200 square foot villa is the Jewel of Solana. You will enjoy Florida outdoor living at its finest with the custom outdoor kitchen. This poolside kitchen is equipped with a professional grill, griddle, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, and an 8' granite bar. An Outdoor 65" 4K TV and a premier 7.1 Dolby 6 speaker sound system has been installed poolside in the lanai.
Solana is a guard gated resort community in Davenport. Our 6 bedroom 6 bath villa has 4 master bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds , and 2 with Queens. All 4 master bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses, and all have a 55" 4K flat screen TV. There are 2 bedrooms that each have 2 twin beds. The twin bedrooms have a wall mounted ROKU 4K TV.
There is a brand new sectional sofa with a pull out bed in the living room, with a chaise lounger.. The family room has a wrap around sectional sofa with a chaise lounge, and a 65' 4K flat screen TV with a Sound Bar. There is a Play Station with games and 2 controllers, Wii and Blu-Ray. A 100 movie DVD library is provided. All TV's have a Premium HD cable package that includes 12 HBO stations, including HBO on Demand.
The pool is heated to 88 and the spa to 102. Pool heat is included in the rental price. The pool has just been resurfaced, and the deck freshly painted. There is outdoor seating for 14 plus 6 lounge chairs.
The game room is air conditioned, and has an 8' 3 piece slate pool table. There is also a high quality ping pong table.. Golfers will find his and hers golf clubs in the game room for your use. Other amenities are games, puzzles, pool toys for the kids, and lawn chairs for a trip to the beach!. Bedding, linens, and towels are high quality. Restaurants, grocery stores, and golf courses are close and plentiful. Our vacation villa has all the amenities, and is in like new condition. You will truly enjoy your Florida vacation staying at our Sunshine and Golf Villa!

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable unless house is rebooked.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 300 USD
