Beautiful 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bath private pool, Disney vacation home, located in Reserve at Towns Center Davenport Florida. Ronald Reagan Hwy, I-4 Hwy and WY 192 the main road ways to Disney and other theme parks is just minutes away. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. The swimming pool is relaxing after a hot day at the park. The house has two master bedrooms en suite. It is fully equipped with all amenities to feel at home away from home. Amenities -Linens -Iron - ironing board -Kitchen utensils -Coffee maker -Toaster -Refrigerator -Microwave -Dishwasher -Washer - dryer -Barbecue Grill -Baby highchair, Baby Crib, Stroller and Play pen -Flat screen TV in each room -Free Internet & WiFi -DVD player - CD and surround sound -Book collection -Pool ($25 per day to heat pool - OCTOBER to MARCH) The pool takes 24 hours to be heated. So if you would like to use the pool, please advise us before arrival. The house sleeps 7 people comfortably and has lots of closet space and entertainment for the entire family. The game room has foosball table Karaoke machine, playing cards and dominos. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 20 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
