This is a very spacious 2 storey villa with a heated pool and an extended deck area with table, seating and sun loungers. Situated on a large plot, it has 2 master suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, a queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, plus 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. With a large lounge - dining room and separate family room there is plenty of living space and it is all newly furnished. The kitchen is extremely spacious with a table and a separate, formal dining area. The house is fully air conditioned and the main rooms also have ceiling fans. WiFi is available, as are free telephone calls within USA, Canada and Peurto Rico. Outside there are gardens, a large screened patio and of course a private pool, which can be heated if required and is not overlooked in the back. The location is very convenient for all local attractions, but provides a great environment to relax in. Enjoy recreation sites near the villas. You can have a fun-filled and adventurous vacation while staying close to home. These homes are conveniently located near sports and recreation spots in the area, as well as nightlife and other attractions. There are more than 25 golf courses that are just a short drive away. Some are public courses and others are part of private clubs — no matter what your experience or skill level, there is a golf course that will suit your needs. There are also junior golf courses for the children. For people who love fishing, Kissimmee has numerous lakes that are ideal for catching bass and other fish.
