Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 95.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 25.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.
