Superb villa for a great family vacation, this lovely villa is located on the popular resort solterra, which has fabulous amenities including a clubhouse, large resort pool, cabanas, fitness center, water slide, lazy river and tennis courts. Nicely decorated with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a private pool and spa which can be heated in the cooler months. There is a gas BBQ grill on the deck for outdoor dining. Located near Championsgate where there are lots of restaurants and stores. Disney is only a 15 minute drive and Interstate 4 is only 5 minutes away.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
