The Villa is beautifully furnished in contemporary style with your comfort in mind and offers 2500 ft of living space on two levels with tall airy vaulted ceilings and an open gallery landing overlooking the family lounge area. Which truly makes this home a pleasure to stay in. The home has two dining areas offering versatile dining options and a luxury open plan family lounge with a 65 inch flat screen HD TV for the family to enjoy. There is an additional family sitting area on the ground floor with 2 sofas plus a PS4 Gaming Nook on the first floor landing with a two seater sofa which can convert to additional sleeping if needed, plus 55 inch flat screen TV and PS4 gaming console and games. All five bedrooms have a flat screen TV with full cable access and ceiling fans in each room offering additional ventilation for your comfort. Free high speed WIFI is available throughout the property and the two car garage has been converted to a soccer themed games room with pool table, air hockey and Foosball table and has two 52 inch ceiling fans for the added comfort of a cool breeze.. Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 90 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. The pool has a screen if needed and can be accessed directly from the house without a door alarm. There is no life guard on duty.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. The lead guest must be 25 or older and adult guests must be 18 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 10 Adults plus one infant. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. The property drive, entrance and perimeter is monitored by CCTV for your own security, over occupancy will result in eviction
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 145.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 6 nights in duration. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the first load of laundry. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent as are towels Beach towels are also supplied.
Parking
Parking is restricted to 2 vehicles and is free. Trailers, motorhomes and RVS are not allowed
