House is located in Davenport, near Disney World and Orlando. This is not the pool house with its own swimming pool. There is available a large community pool just 1 - 2 mile away. Available is also an all weather tennis court. This is a well known Highlands Reserve golf community. It is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, food stores, banks, medical center, etc. CLEANLINESS – You are expected to treat this vacation home with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home, not a hotel room. Even in cases when a normal cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the Vacation Rental in a clean, neat and orderly condition, to avoid additional cleaning fee. This is a self maintained home that is intialially equipped with starter supplies only.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 200 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 95.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
