Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 percent of the rent is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1800 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
