Great all year and cozy now for 2023-24 celebrations including Easter, July 4, New Years, etc. Cinnamon Beach places you on an isthmus uniquely between a gorgeous quiet beach 200 feet away and the peaceful Matanza River. The cozy apartment has five rooms including master king bedroom, living room with new queen sleeper couch, bathroom, full kitchen, two dining areas (one 6 person table seating), and new laundry facilities. This site permits not only lovely daily beach walks on the unique cinnamon colored sands along this quiet area of Northeast Florida Atlantic waters (and fun swimming) with regular viewing of inflight pelicans and sighting of porpoise, but also favors moonlit night visits with active ghost crabs and sounds of the ocean. Nature is abundant including immediate surrounding of many large gopher tortoises and nests, occasional deer onsite, and the beach below has protected sea turtle nests. There is an abundance of activities available ranging from beach to river waterways, and enjoyment of the many close by acclaimed restaurants and cafe - bars of Flagler Beach. Pleasures on the lovely beach below the apartment are enhanced by availability of chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Both surf fishing and fishing from Flagler pier are chosen activities, but the waterways easily permit kayaking and boating opportunities for which plentiful gratis onsite storage of watercraft can assist. Also popular are the many walking and bikeway paths immediately available as well as abundant nearby nature trails and parks. And there is golf and tennis close by as well. Of great significance is the HIGHLY PET FRIENDLY character of the apartment and surroundings. For example, this delightful section of the beach is available year-round to dogs for which Flagler Beach is known in Florida which contrasts with sites like Miami Beach. This is geographically a great location, since from this apartment you can travel north on lovely A1A passing Marineland to the landmark sites and amenities of St. Augustine (historically oldest continuously settled city in America) with many superb shops and restaurants. Also, travelling south on A1A along the coast you can reach nearby Daytona Beach for extensive shopping and other activities in a city noted for the world famous racing track. And you can plan for easy day excursions to Orlando to visit Disneyworld - Epcot Center, Universal Studios and other attractions, or to the Kennedy Space Center, or shopping - entertainment venues of Jacksonville. This is an ideal facility and location for travelers of all ages including seniors. This well appointed apartment has a private entrance, on one level with few steps in an extremely safe concrete reinforced building with ultimate high wind protection. Finally, in the spirit of the Ocean Gallery of Flagler Beach and inspired by lovely natural landscape scenes, the apartment displays quaint art style inside and out as well.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Cheques Preferred. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due 15 days prior to arrival. Guests are expected to clean the property prior to departure. If the property requires cleaning, costs for this will be deducted from the damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
