We use high quality, ultra comfortable mattresses which you can only find it in 5 stars hotel. *Jump to Safety & Security: Gated community with 24 hour security guard, plus in-house alarm system connected to security company * Private Theater room with 120' projector TV. Loft and Living Room with 65' Smart LED TV * Games room with pool table, Foosball * Private pool (extended size) and SPA in screened lanai * FREE high speed WiFi internet access in unit * FREE baby gear included (full-size crib, high chair) * FREE on site parking * Fresh towels and linens included * Fully equipped dine-in kitchen with stainless appliances * Full sized washer and dryer included in unit * No check in required - secure key-less entry to unit Note: POOL HEATER: Optional Pool - Spa Heat Fee: $35 per day (tax included) Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay. BBQ Grill We rent grill from equipment rental company. It's delivered to home with full propane. Three burners Grill is $85 - week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day. Four burners Grill is $105 - week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 185 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
