Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 135.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. There is no life guard on duty.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 350.00 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500.00 USD. Reservation deposit is non-refundable. Reservation deposit is applied to the total for the booking. Balance left will be sent to guest and payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If booking is placed within 8 weeks of arrival date, full amount is due at the time of the booking.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 65 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. "Please note that should you cancel and if refund is required by the owner, if you paid by via credit card and/or Paypal, the posted 6% surcharge is non-refundable." Notice of cancellation must be in writing.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 6.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) Personal checks from USA banks only. Money orders & bank drafts must be in US funds.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 45.00 per night based on 1 night or 245.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service. .

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Parking

Parking is free.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Ideal for reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate retreats, ... Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Proof of age may be required for all guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 150.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 2 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property. Beach towels should be brought by guest.
