Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 28 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 90.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 60.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 25.00 per night based on 2 nights or 150.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Property Heating is included in the rent

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air Conditioning is included in the rent

Hot Tub Service & Fee

There is a hot tub heating or maintenance fee. Fee is 10.00 per night based on 2 nights or 50.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
