A fully-equipped kitchen and 3 TVs (all with cable service) will make you feel right at home. You can surf from the private 32' balcony with free high speed WI-FI. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. A heated pool assures year round comfort. Beach chairs, toys, and beach towels are provided. Just show up with a swimming suit, toothbrush, & flip flops. We ask for only a four night minimum May-December excluding holiday weeks and a seven night minimum during high season. Holiday weeks require a 7 night minimum. The months of February and March require Saturday arrivals. Call your friends with free long distance throughout the US - Canada - Puerto Rico. Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
