The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs together with a shared bath with a shower - tub combo. Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 42 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. An accidental damage waiver of liability is REQUIRED and provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of $45 for stays up to 30 days in length, $78 for stays of 31-60 days and $99 for stays of 61-90 days. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit of $1,500. This fee is not included in the quote provided by Owner Direct. In addition there is a $250 Security Deposit (Refundable) for items not covered by damage insurance (such as, but not limited to: Late check-out charges, smoking, pets, over-occupancy, excess trash, extra cleaning necessary etc). The waiver and damage deposit is due 42 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. There is no life guard on duty.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 200.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
