It features 3500 square feet of luxury living space with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can accommodate 16 comfortably. Our private villa also offers a screened in swimming pool with hot tub and a covered patio area. You can BBQ on our gas grill while watching the kids swim in the pool. Our villa is located in the Reserve section of Windsor Hills, a gated resort. Windsor Hills resort offers a lagoon style pool with a large waterslide, hot tub, game room, fitness center, movie theater, convenience shop, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, 3 themed playgrounds, putting green and tennis courts. Our villa is located 5 minutes from Walt Disney Theme Parks and minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, golf and many other popular Florida attractions. Windsor Hills offers discount tickets to theme parks and a shuttle service.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo, Zelle
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 500.00 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 500.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 750.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 30.00 per night based on 1 night or 195.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 10 adults and 6 children.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
