Beautiful four bedroom villa with extended south facing pool deck. Exquisitely furnished, a glorious villa for up to eight or a palace just for two. A spacious lounge opens onto a covered patio, heated pool and jacuzzi. The master bedroom, with King Size bed, plus magnificent en suite, also opens to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. Plentiful towels are provided for the pool area, both bathrooms, and all bedrooms plus convertible Queen settee. Located at Indian Creek, five minutes from Disney World. 1½ south of Highway 192. The Villa’s private pool area is fully screened with relaxing patio furniture. The Villa and pool are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. A 24 hour supermarket plus numerous restaurants (TGI, Outback, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel and more) are close-by. Universal, Sea World, Wet’n Wild are all within 20 minutes, 75 minutes from the Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach. Indian Creek has its own tennis court, putting and children’s play area. Indian Creek really is one of the most convenient communities for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, the Animal Kingdom and the rest of Disney World. Our Villa is located in a golfing paradise. Just 15 minutes from Disney’s magnificent courses, Celebration, Highland Reserve, Falcons Fire and many more. The Villa is cleaned throughout before your arrival, to a very high standard. Your starter provisions, included in the basic rental, include, toilet rolls and cleaning powders The Villa is fully air conditioned. The great room, lobby and kitchen have 'Floridian style' ceramic tiles. The Master suite and Dining area have wood flooring and the Queen double and Twin bedrooms are carpeted. High speed wireless internet access is available free of charge. There are 4 TV’s with Cable, 3 DVD player plus a DVD library, books games and toys. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Cash, Travelers Cheques
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, a refund will be offered if the nights are re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 250 USD
