The property has 4 large bedrooms and 2 large sitting rooms, a dining area and separate breakfast area with an en-suite master bathroom and 2 further bathrooms. There is a kitchen and laundry room, both equipped to the highest standard. Outside there is a large heated South West facing swimming pool, backing onto a woodland conservation area, with pool chairs and sun loungers. Ideal for the lazy days or to relax after a day at a theme park or shopping. The pool itself is approx 30ft long and is 6 ft deep at the deep end. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 150 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due 28 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
