Our 1470 sq. Ft. Townhouse includes one main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a Queen size bed, and a private bath - Jacuzzi, a Living area with Wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD & VCR. One sofa pulls out for a Full Size sleeper bed. A spacious Dining area and Kitchen (fully supplied with appliances, dishes and all eating - cooking utensils) and a free for guest use Washer and Dryer. Through the living area is a slider door that opens to the outside wrap-around covered porch. The Upper level has three bedrooms. The Main upper bedroom has a King size bed, dressers TV and includes a private bath. The two other upper bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV’s and dressers. One has the Nintendo mini gaming system with 20 games included. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level. We have supplied, for your free use, a child's Port-a-crib in our townhouse. Venetian Bay Village is a Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, a Recreation - Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines and a children’s movie theater - on site, a Business Center with wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers "for guest use" and an On-Site Car Wash facility. The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture, all bedding - sleeping linens, bath towels and all the kitchen cooking and dining materials you may need to eat in (to save a few dollars) or you may choose to go to the many restaurants or take-out places as we are only 1 block off the famous route 192 strip (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway - Vine Street). The community is located only blocks away from a Super Wal-Mart Center, a Super Target Shopping Center, K-Mart, OddLots and a BJ’s store. We are Very Close to all the Walt Disney World Parks, Sea World, Aquatica Water Park and Discovery Cove, Universal Studios - Islands of Adventure Parks, LEGOLand Florida, Medieval Times Dinner Theater, Gatorland Park and many other Orlando attractions. We are Located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions. Our 4 Bedroom Townhouse is located 8 miles from Walt Disney World. We are easy access to Route 4, Osceola Parkway, John Young Parkway, Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway - W. Vine Street (Rt 192), The Florida Turnpike, Route 528 (Bee Line Expressway), Orlando International Airport and all Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. We are located off N Hoagland Blvd (also called N Airport Rd - W. Carroll St.) 1 block north of Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway).

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, AMEX, Visa, Master Card, Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is lock box key access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only in specific areas assigned by the community HOA.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. There is no life guard on duty.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 200.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older. Parents/guardians may not book for underage guests.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bedroom or bathroom. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels should be brought by guest. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Parking
Parking is free. Self-parking permit if to be made on arrival for all parked vehicles.
