As you enter this lovely home, you will be impressed with the the spacious hallway and living room. The living room is a great place to relax in comfort after a busy day at the many attractions.
There is a variety of card and board games, as well as books for you to enjoy.
Step out and relax on your screened pool deck or take a swim. with a completely fenced in back yard you can enjoy your privacy.
The dinning room has 2 dining Table Sets. Space enough for the whole family to eat comfortably.
There is your own personal laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner.
The ground floors Master Suite has an American King size Bed and overlooks the pool, there is a TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. The large en-suite has a corner tub, separate shower, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving.
There is a 2nd Bedroom with a Double bed on the ground floor, which has a large fitted wardrobe and TV. Across from this bedroom is a bath room with walk in shower, with vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer.
The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms upstairs are both twin bedrooms, The fifth bed room has a Queen bed - all come with fitted wardrobes, and ceiling fans with fitted lamps.
The 3 bedrooms upstairs share the family bathroom which consists of full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet, and hairdryer.
This Home is fully equipped for a FAMILY VACATION, For the Kids: playpen, high chair, safety fence for stairs etc.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. An accidental damage waiver of liability is REQUIRED and provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of $45 for stays up to 30 days in length, $78 for stays of 31-60 days and $99 for stays of 61-90 days. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit of $1,500. This fee is not included in the quote provided by Owner Direct. In addition there is a $350 Security Deposit (Refundable) for items not covered by damage insurance (such as, but not limited to: Late check-out charges, smoking, pets, over-occupancy, excess trash, extra cleaning necessary etc). The waiver and damage deposit is due 42 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 140.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 25.00 per night based on 3 nights or 175.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Ideal for reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate retreats, ... Proof of age may be required for all guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
