Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 GBP is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 89.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 15.00 GBP is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.
