Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival) , Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 28 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 8 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. Pets must not be left unattended. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 160.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 160.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 30.00 per night based on 1 night or 200.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
