This large 3 bedroom 2 baths house is beautifully furnished and offers anything a traveler will need. Has up to date appliances and a full kitchen. To start you up you will find toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablets, laundry detergent, bottles of water in the fridge and complimentary coffee so you don't need to worry about this basic items for the first couple of days. Be aware that the laundry machine requires $1.50 in quarters to operate. The money will get right out once the machine starts. It is free of charge but you need money to make it work. Washer and dryer WI FI TV and DVD player Our home is located in the Indian Wells subdivision, one of the closest private community to Walt Disney World (5 minutes by car) and all other Theme Park & major attraction: Epcot Center, Sea World, Holliwood Studios, Universal Studios. The community offers the swimming pool, tennis courts and kids playground. 5 minutes from the property is a plaza where you can find Walmart, a large affordable supermarket, cafe', local shops and nice restaurants ( Chipotle’s, Wendy’s, Ross dress for Less and Disney Gifts) Publix supermarket is just across the street from Walmart. 10 minutes driving, Crossroads at Lake Buena Vista is an attractive facility just across from the Buena Vista entrance of Disney World, the Crossroads features 25 specialty shops and restaurants. About 2 miles away is LBV premium outlet is at Lake Buena Vista Disney, here you can find fashion designers and sportwear for children and adults. 1,430 square-feet living area Fun Family Atmosphere. Inform us in advance if you need a crib, toddler bed, highchair, car seat, walkers for your children, we could get it for you.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250.00 USD.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
