Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by Master Card.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400 USD per week booked. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 70 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 400 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. Please note that the above Cancellation Policies include all Covid cancellations as well. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken. Young & large groups may be subject to a larger security deposit..
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 06:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If unreasonably noisy, guest is fined 100.00.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 165.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 400.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
