We recently upgraded the pool surface of our private pool at the back of the house to include: 1. A finish of beautiful blue Portland cement with colored quartz aggregate and iridescent glass beads. 2. Mosaics of Dolphins and beach balls throughout the pool with the highlight being the 42 inch square mosaic in the floor of the pool with 3 large Dolphins swimming around a beach ball. 3. We also added a step in the spa for our older or physically handicapped guests for spa egress. So much easier for all. The new finish combined with the changing colored LED lights make for a unique experience while enjoying the pool at night. The appearance of this pool challenges all other house rental pools for the rating of most beautiful. It is located in the exclusive gated resort of Emerald Island. Two stop signs and two traffic lights, a 10-minute drive, separate you from Disney property. Your Magical Vacation starts when you see the dramatic palm tree-lined entrance with the beautiful foliage leading up to the security gates. Then you see the dolphin fountains and the very popular Clubhouse. As you meander down the street past the preserved park area, you begin to understand you are in a beautiful, elegant and secure world. The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 19. The 4 Master Suites with King Size beds and private baths allow several couples to have their necessary privacy. The two 2-twin-bed bedrooms and additional full-bath are furnished for the younger guests of your group, with fun, colorful and playful decor. The entire house is decorated in an elegant manner. As you enter the house, you are presented with a beautiful Burgundy Sofa and a Cocktail Table in the cozy Living Room. The floor is tiled that allows you and your guests to relax. As you enter the Kitchen and Family Room area, you are overcome by the vaulted ceiling in the Family Room with its 18 feet long ceiling to floor drapes professionally made with the beautiful butterfly fabric and the wide glass doors out to the pool deck from both the Kitchen and the Family Room. The two full-size leather couches facing the 50-inch LED Smart TV invite you to relax on their power-reclining seats. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to enjoy the pool and house.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. Cancellation 30 - 60 days prior to arrival, the owner will refund 50% of payments. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund.

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
