This great town home is located on a gated resort and has a family room with a flat screen TV a dining area which seats 6 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an ice making machine in the fridge. There is a state of the art washer and dryer in the laundry room and the home has internet access and a telephone. There is a small deck area outside the patio doors with chairs overlooking a lake. The gated resort is ideally located, only 5 minutes to Disney and close to an abundance of shops and restaurants. The resort has a community pool within walking distance of the home. There are 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third room has twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The family room and bedrooms have flat screen TV's and the villa has internet access. The villa overlooks a lake to the back and it is in a great location, only 5 minutes to Disney and 2 minutes to shops and restaurants. The community has a community pool, cabana, gazebo, children’s playground, walking trails and picnic areas.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 30 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 40 or more days prior to arrival)

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 95.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
