Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 170.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 14 nights in duration.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 10:00 AM Check OUT: 4:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Telephone Fee

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 35.00 per night based on 5 nights or 245.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
