Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or PayPal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check-In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is keyless access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. The keyless entry code is supplied by the owner prior to arrival.
