It has a very private outdoor heated pool, deck, BBQ, state of the art solar heating, energy-efficient storm windows, & surrounded by luscious tropical landscape. It is located in a quiet single-family residence neighborhood, approximately 1.4 miles from the beach and conveniently located near a major mall, Publix Supermarket and Wholefoods. All utilities are included in the rent. Housekeeping twice per month, weekly pool cleaning and gardening services are also included in the rent. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. FOR HEALTH REASONS NO SMOKING AND NO PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. PARKING UP TO FOUR VEHICLES ON THE DRIVEWAY-GARAGE IS USED FOR STORAGE (NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS). Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival) , Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 8 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 350.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
