Just 15 drive will bring you to downtown Naples and historic 5th Ave South. Very nicely furnished and turnkey including a gas grill on the lanai. This is a perfect vacation home with a great location . You will only need to bring your suitcase. Cable and WIFI included Living Room and Both Bedrooms have TV . Laundry Room in home. 2 bicycles and 4 beach chairs provided.

Payment Methods
Cheques Preferred. Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 500.00 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children of all ages are welcome. A security deposit of 250.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 250.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

An hourly cleaning charge is paid on departure.
