Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
