Fully furnished, clean, cute, newly remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom, ground-floor condo with central air conditioning and stackable washer and dryer. It has a remodeled full- size kitchen with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It has everything you will need; pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, dish towels, soaps, beach - bath towels (4 of each), beach chairs, There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy cooking the fresh fish you just cought. Has high speed internet and cable with a 42 inch flat screen TV. Located steps away from pristine beaches (to the east), and the Intracoastal Waterway (to the west).

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 65.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
