The property has easy access to Interstate 75 and Punta Gorda Airport which is 15 minutes to the doorstep. Ft Myers and Sarasota Airports are within a 45 minute drive . Tampa International Airport is 75 minutes . The main living area is in the heart of the home with comfortable seating, TV and a pull out sofa. The living area is open to the dining and kitchen area with Breakfast nook. This home has a good cable TV channel package and WiFi included . The kitchen contains all the comforts of home and is fully stocked to prepare meals and beverages for you and your guests.. Large sliding patio doors at the back of the home opens up the kitchen to the covered lanai and screened in pool area with patio table and chairs, pool loungers. There are gas and charcoal BBQ for your outdoor grilling. This home has two large bedrooms with en suites and walk in closets. One of the master suites has patio doors leading to pool area. Both en suites have large walk in showers . The third full bathroom is located at lanai entrance door and has a tub - shower combo. A double car garage with house access door finishes off this lovely home .
