The vacation home is located in a regular residential zone; our offer is addressed to individuals who don't feel comfortable in typical touristic surrounding. Lanai & pool deck caged: For your convenience pool area and lanai is caged, you'll be able to enjoy the sunset holding your drink in one and the paper in the other hand. The third hand you won't need, as all the mosquitoes are expected to be outside the cage. The vacation home handover and return is performed by a knowledgeable representative. Covering 820 square miles, Port Charlotte is located north of the Peace River with 165 miles of canals and waterways accessing Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. There are also miles and miles of natural shoreline bordering the Peace and Myakka Rivers, making it an ideal choice for waterfront living and recreation. In all, 14,004 private boats, 28 marinas, 15 public beach access sites, 13 boat ramps and two sailing schools dot the county’s extensive shoreline. The county also boasts about two dozen parks, numerous recreation areas and a federal wildlife refuge. Twenty-one golf courses, tennis courts (10 public) and public pools, as well as four YMCA”S get lots of use from residents. The waterways are sites for a host of competitive events, including fishing tournaments and boat - yacht races. Serene picturesque atmosphere Perfect home with a beautiful view of the lake in a great location, quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants, beach, and Punta Gorda if you like nite life atmosphere. Beautiful pool perfect for relaxing and sharing the view of the lake. I would like to mention that the owner is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Date of stay: October 2021 2. Perfect Vacation Home This vacation home is ready to go. All you need is food and clothes. It is a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and had everything you would want for your stay. Although I was not vacationing for this stay, it was perfect while we worked on our sailboat near by. The pool is great and a lovely view of the lake. You will not be disappointed. We will book again. Date of stay: May 2020 3. Comfortable, Cozy and Clean!! This is exactly what we expected and the reviews were right on!! Perfect for a couple, (1 sm bath) but house was very clean. Hostess was super nice, quiet neighborhood, felt safe. Nice pool area, and small lake, house is very modest, but comfortable, my only suggestion is to be prepared to immediately go to Walmart, (close by) you will need everything, from toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc. House is adequately stocked with kitchen supplies.
