Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1500.00 USD. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 20 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 20 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 08:00 PM To 10:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
