Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
