How to Get Here & Getting Around - Many people fly from Hilo Airport or Kona Airport to O'ahu’s Honolulu International Airport. For getting around, it’s best to have a car as the island is simply too large to navigate without one.

When to Go - The best time to visit is between September and November. For whale-watching, visit during winter or early spring.
