For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Cancellation Policy
90 days cancellation notice required to avoid forfeiture of deposit.30 days cancellation notice require to avoid foreiture of total rental payment.After cancellation if unit is re rented for same time period deposit or rent, tax and cleaning fee is refunded, less at 100.00 processing fee. We make every effort to re rent so we can refund.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
