Well-designed and decorated, studio with completely-equipped kitchen. Queen bed and a separate sitting area with a full sofa bed. Large lanai with room to dine and awesome ocean and Diamond Head view (with city lights at night). The condo has a full bath, air conditioning, 27' LG LCD TV with cable. It is located on a top floor and quiet for sleeping. The kitchen has a full-size fridge and full-size range - oven, microwave, blender, convection oven, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, pot - pans, dishes, flatware, etc. Small and convenient, the building is called The Seashore because that’s where it is. In a minute’s time, you can be at the Hula Mound of Waikiki Beach. There is a laundryroom in the building, two elevators, and secured entry to the lobby. There is no pool or parking, but parking is available close by and one of the best swimming beaches is a stone's throw away.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due immediately.
