The home is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac in a gated community with underground wiring. The backyard is completely private, filled with tropical flowers. The ocean view is simply mesmerizing, with front row seats to watch the sea-side activities and cruise ships gliding by. You will love the space in the master bedroom which has a King-size bed, separate sitting area with desk, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom suite is enhanced with custom furnishings, quality Comphy brand linens and decor to create a mood of relaxation, tranquility and comfort. A gourmet kitchen is well equipped with everything from slow cookers to rice cookers. The recently installed hand scraped wood floors throughout added to the beauty of this property. Best yet, the two full bathrooms lend to stress free mornings. Your senses will awaken to tropical flowers and banana trees as you walk to the private lanai and gardens that opens directly from the bedroom. Snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and picnic supplies are provided. We want your vacation to be a memorable experience; one that will have you falling in love with Hawaii, with Kona, and our Villa by The Sea.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 300.00 USD. Payment is required at time of booking in US funds by personal check, bank check or PayPal. A 5 % surcharge is required for international PayPal and 4% for US PayPal payments. We do not accept credit cards. A down payment of $300.00 is required at time of booking to secure the reservation, with balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 195.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. service dogs are allowed NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
