The second level master suite is beautifully furnished with a tropical flair. You will awake in the comfort of 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets on a luxurious king size bed. Pull open the floor to ceiling drapes for panoramic views of the glittering Pacific Ocean and neighboring islands. The master bath is pure opulence, a double sink marble countertop, spacious champagne bubbler tub and walk-in European tile shower with his - hers shower heads. An additional master suite is located on the first floor, plus two more bedrooms on the second level. Each room has its own special design touches and all are furnished with king size beds. Each bathroom comes complete with wonderfully soft organic cotton towels and tropical shower gel. Enjoy your morning Kona coffee on any of the private terraces or head up to the second story pool pavilion for an amazing bird’s eye view, where you may catch a glimpse of humpback whales breaching on the horizon. Then gather the family in the spacious and stylish gourmet chef’s kitchen and dining room to plan your day. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a $ 59.00 Damage Waiver that can be purchased directly from the owner instead of paying the refundable security/damage deposit. You can either purchase the Damage Waiver or pay the Refundable security damage deposit of $1,000.00 USD. This can be discussed directly with the owner during the 24 hour Grace Period. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 24000 USD

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 450.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
