Welcome to the Crown Room at the historic, Vineyard Mansion. This room comes romantically furnished with a Gothic-style, queen-size bed and a cozy seating area with red velvet sofa and marble-top coffee table. Further features include the large bay-windows and private-access to the hall bath, only a few steps outside the door. All utilities are included in the rental price and residents will enjoy access to the dining room, foyer, parlor, billiard room, and grounds. Additional comforts include our security system with cameras and alarm, as well as 24 - 7 emergency contact, in the form of our resident property manager, Marcena (661-609-4709). The Vineyard Mansion property is situated within the Museum Hill Historic District, an area of St. Joseph well-known for its stately, Victorian-era homes and located near the city center - downtown. Many museums, parks, art, culture, and restaurants are within walking-distance of the Vineyard Mansion, with many more only a short, 5-minute drive away.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 25.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 7 nights in duration.Fee of 50.00 USD for stays that are 8 to 15 nights in duration.Fee of 75.00 USD for stays that are 16 to 30 nights in duration.Fee of 150.00 USD for stays that are 31 to 60 nights in duration.Fee of 250.00 USD for stays of 61 or more nights.
