This is an open, bright, airy, uncluttered house with plenty of space to spread out or gather together. The main level includes the Master Bedroom featuring cathedral ceiling, walk-in closet and French doors leading to a deck, full bath with soaking tub and double headed shower; a second bedroom sleeps 2 and has a window seat plus a crib, another full bath across the hall; Enjoy dramatic cathedral ceilings in a 30'x15' open kitchen - dining room - living room area. Large deck and screened in porch are off the kitchen. The large loft area with ceiling fan is great for sleeping extra people with 3 twin beds Walk-out lower level has a large bedroom that sleeps 2 with a King, full bath, French doors leading out, and a huge multipurpose area including a ping pong table, DVD player with over 60 movies, and piano. Every room in the house faces the mountains. The White Mountain National Forest surrounds the house and the serene Razor Brook is at our cul de sac. 4WD or AWD needed for driveway when icy. The fire pit is a small portable one that is in the garage and can be moved outdoors. The grill is also in the garage and can be used outside. "Our family has spent its annual ski vacation at this beautiful home for the past seven years. Many wonderful memories were made here. On our last visit, one of my daughters said, 'Mom, can't we just buy it!' The ad does not lie, the mountain views are incredible. Gazing out the windows in the morning, over coffee, inspires a sense of awe and peace. The house, high on a hill top, is surrounded by natural beauty. The first year we vacationed there, we saw a moose outside the bedroom window. The house itself is spacious. The living area on the main floor is the perfect place for family meals and socializing. There is also plenty of space for people to enjoy alone time. The house is clean and uncluttered, very easy to live in for a week. The owners have been great. All transactions have been smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this fabulous home. But of course, I will be jealous when you're there and I am not!" We love the proximity to great hiking and river activities. The owner has been great and the place is very clean. The open kitchen and great room are perfect for hanging out after a day of outdoor fun, and the screen porch is just fantastic early in the morning and for a cool breeze on a hot night. Of course the giant tub is a favorite for the kids and bubble baths. We'll be back for sure."

Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 29 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 60 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.

A fee is charged for this service. Daily maid service can be requested for a fee.
