This villa is updated yet comfortable at the quite end of Forest Beach in Hilton Head Island. It is just a short walk or bike ride to Coligney Circle where you can find and abundance of shopping and dining venues and the most popular public beach on the Island. Bike paths throughout Forest Beach and the entire island make this a very bike friendly community. This resort is right on the beach and just a few steps from the surf. Enjoy fantastic views of the water from the comfort of you own balcony or listen to the surf at night. Located adjacent to Marriot's Grand Ocean Resort where you are welcome at their poolside ocean bar and restaurant. The unit is equipped with a master bedroom having a queen size bed and a second bedroom with two twins. A cot is provided for additional bedroom sleeping capacity and there is a fold out couch in the living room. Enjoy well appointed bathrooms and a clean open and bright kitchen will all the appliances and kitchenware you could need. A table that seats provides plenty of room for dining or games. Flat screen TVs in the living - dining - kitchen area as well as both bedrooms provides a full array of cable channels and of course there is free WiFi. Each rental comes with unlimited use of the Players Club Health and Fitness Center just 3 blocks away. Their indoor pool is ideal for those rare days of bad weather.

Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle as well as Personal Checks (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival). A 3% fee charged for credit card processing. (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card) through PayPal
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbors.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 225.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher. Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure.
