Just outside this bedroom, you will find a full bathroom with shower. There is a great TV cable channel package and WiFi included in your rental. There is also a washer - dryer for your convenience.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 35 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due immediately.
